The Dunes- 8600 Landis Ave
The Cove- 8609 Landis Ave -OR- 147 87th Street
The Cape- 8515 Landis Ave

When can I contact someone at the office?
We are open all year-round, Monday-Sunday from 9:00am-5:00pm. If you are working with a sales agent to buy or sell a home, you can reach them on their personal cell phone or work e-mail at any time.
Where do I check-in for rentals?
At our office described above. You can access the office by stairs on a side entrance on 86th Street (east of Landis Ave), or by the elevator located in the parking garage.
What time can I pick up the keys and check-in?
If you will be staying at The Dunes, Cove, or Cape, you may check-in between 3pm-5pm. If you are checking in for a weekly house rental, you may check-in between 1pm-5pm
What if I’m not able to get to the office by 5pm to pick-up a rental check-in packet?
Guests arriving after 5:00pm should contact TI Realty Group at email@example.com or 609-263-1912 at least 24 hours before check-in to arrange an alternative pickup place/time.
What time is checkout?
If you will be staying at The Dunes, Cove, or Cape, you must checkout by 11am. If you are staying at a house rental, you must checkout by 10am. This is strictly enforced.
I’m thinking of selling my home. Can you help me find out how much my house is worth?
Of course! Call or walk-in to our office and we will get you in touch with a sales agent that will give you an accurate market analysis of your property.
Why should I use a real estate agent instead of selling my home myself?
There are many advantages to using a real estate agent when selling a property. A real estate agent can coordinate all showings and may act, negotiate, and face potential buyers on your behalf. A huge advantage is that your home can be added to the Multiple Listing Service where agents and buyers will be able to see your property. They also take care of all the advertising and marketing for your listing.
